If you are experiencing any technical difficulties viewing our videos, please take a moment to review the system requirements and frequently asked questions below.

Why do video clips sometimes stutter or pause during playback?
Video may pause or stutter during playback if your computer does not meet the system requirements outlined above, or if your internet connection is not fast enough to stream the video. Even with "high speed" or "broadband" connections, heavy internet conjestion, or excess traffic can result in choppy playback. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you are experiencing these problems or click here to run a bandwidth test on your machine.
Why isn't the video player displaying on the webpage?
Sometimes corporate networks, firewalls, and ad-blocking software prevent the video from displaying. Please check with your network administrator to ensure that Flash video is enabled on your network. Also, try disabling ad-blocking software that might prevent Flash video from loading onto your computer.
Why is the video blocky or pixelated?
Several factors may cause this to happen. The two most common ones are the amount of RAM on your machine and the data rate at which the actual video was encoded. Please refer to the system requirements above to determine if your computer meets the specifications. Usually the video provider will lower the data rate to allow most computers to play thevideo smoothly. However, this can sometimes result in a loss of image quality.
